Shop with it. You can use your New York Debit MasterCard® at merchant locations displaying the MasterCard Acceptance Mark and there is no fee for point of sale transactions at these locations using your signature or PIN. You may also ask for "cash back" with your purchase.

Once a payment is loaded, you may access information regarding your account via the toll-free customer service telephone number 1-866-461-4093 or the Internet at www.eppicard.com. Secure. Your account is FDIC insured and protected by your personal identification number (PIN). Your web account is secured by your personally selected User ID and password.
Access to available balance and transaction history through the internet. Online web access to your Card account, balance, and transaction history is the quickest and easiest way to review transactions and deposits posted to your Card account. Your transactions are usually displayed immediately in date and time order. Transaction history for the past 60 days is available online, at any time of day for your convenience. Print your transaction history by selecting the preferred month.

Low Fees Charged for Other Services Using your Debit MasterCard® - $0.90 for successful ATM cash withdrawals at in-network ATMs after 2 for no fee per month.
- $0.90 for successful ATM cash withdrawals at out-of-network ATMs.
- $0.50 for ATM balance inquiries at out-of-network ATMs.
- $0.50 for all ATM denials. An ATM denial occurs when there are not available funds to cover your cash withdrawal request.
- $5.00 for each replacement Card issued after the initial card issuance. You are also allowed one Card replacement for no fee every 12 month period.
- $15.00 for a request to expedite card delivery. Expedited delivery is a two to three business day delivery. Standard Card replacement fees may also apply.
- $1.50 for each International ATM cash withdrawals, plus an additional fee of 1% of the transaction amount, for each ATM cash withdrawal conducted outside the USA.
