Effective July 2012, Changes are coming to your Florida Debit MasterCard®

  • You are allowed one (1) free ATM cash withdrawal each month only at "in-network" (i.e., PNC Bank) ATMs. The same $0.95 fee you have always paid will be charged for each PNC Bank ATM cash withdrawal after that, and for all cash withdrawals at ATM's other than PNC Bank ATM's. Free ATM cash withdrawals must be used by midnight on the last calendar day of each month.
  • There will be no additional ATM Surcharges for using a PNC Bank or MoneyPass ATM, look for these logos at ATMs locations.
  • To find a PNC ATM near you, go to www.PNC.com and click on the "Find an ATM near you" button on the home page.
  • Wells Fargo Bank will charge an additional surcharge fee, sometimes referred to as a "convenience fee" for cash withdrawals at Wells Fargo ATMs. This fee will vary in the amount charged based on the location of the ATM. This fee is in addition to the existing $0.95 cash withdrawal fee.
  • All other fees apply, when using your card.
